Overall good experience Everything about the visit was good except for the drop-off. Need to implement a quicker drop off service for people on their way to work for example Everything about the visit was good except for the drop-off. Need to implement a quicker drop off service for people on their way to work for example if your contact information hasn't changed and you are dropping off for a simple scheduled service then you should be able to drop and go instead of waiting for the first person you see to write everything down and then take you inside to a service writer where you wait until they are available. the current process of a quick drop-off seems counterproductive at the moment.
