I wouldn't buy a car here and I wouldn't service a car here. Once you drop your car off, you are at their mercy. Maybe they are ok for warranty work or insurance work where someone else is paying the bill but when you have to shell out your own money, God help you. They will steal your eyeballs out of your head. It was a very elaborate scheme. Good riddance! More

Dead battery, car had to be towed DeLuca Toyota came through with flying colors when I called to say I had a dead battery. I contacted Roadside Assistance and a wrecker came quickly. The towing service was very careful with my car when loading it. I asked the Toyota Service Dept. to also complete the first service (oil change, etc.) at the same time. The next day I was called and set up a time for the courtesy van to transport me to the dealership. The driver was Morris and he was outstanding! Since it was during the corona virus stay at home order I didn't know what to expect. I must say that I had the most interesting conversation with this caring, intelligent man since the "stay at home" order started weeks ago. He is "gold" to the dealership and deserves a raise! The Service Dept., valet staff, Customer Service, and all others were very helpful and provided great customer service. More
