We had a 12:30 appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. I was told it would take about an hour. When we arrived we were told more like 2 hours. IT TOOK 3 1/2 HOURS! Then we got the HARD SELL to tra change. I was told it would take about an hour. When we arrived we were told more like 2 hours. IT TOOK 3 1/2 HOURS! Then we got the HARD SELL to trade in our car which we told him right from the start was NOT going to happen. I had to get really rude with the salesperson and order him to walk away! Hopefully the new owner can get this shoddy service department straightened out. More

Advisor was wonderful, but waiting time was a lot longer than normal-- a solid 2 hours. Also, driver's seat was lowered, which was fine, but I could not raise it again. Because of time constraints and trave than normal-- a solid 2 hours. Also, driver's seat was lowered, which was fine, but I could not raise it again. Had to go there three times to get my parts installed. Even though Phil said he ordered my parts and told me they were there, they weren't there. They sold the company while I was trying to get my work do Even though Phil said he ordered my parts and told me they were there, they weren't there. They sold the company while I was trying to get my work done AND they raised the cost of labor to $199 per hour. That's totally ridiculous for labor. I finally got everything done. More
