Advisor was wonderful, but waiting time was a lot longer than normal-- a solid 2 hours. Also, driver's seat was lowered, which was fine, but I could not raise it again. Because of time constraints and trave than normal-- a solid 2 hours. Also, driver's seat was lowered, which was fine, but I could not raise it again. Because of time constraints and traveling until the end of the year, I could not go back to have the issue addressed. More

Had to go there three times to get my parts installed. Even though Phil said he ordered my parts and told me they were there, they weren't there. They sold the company while I was trying to get my work do Even though Phil said he ordered my parts and told me they were there, they weren't there. They sold the company while I was trying to get my work done AND they raised the cost of labor to $199 per hour. That's totally ridiculous for labor. I finally got everything done. More

Sales team is amazing Mike S is great always touches base. Service team not so much, I've had a few issues last visit I asked Jose if the car was washed he said yes but if it wasn't I could just tell th base.
