My only complaint is the ride service. It has never worked well since you went to the app. I spent 20 minutes waiting for my ride to get my car and had to call only to find out the driver was sitting at the dealership. Despite Cassie having the ride to work and to come back and get my car on my lunch break ahead of time, the app didn't work. She remedied it quickly (not her fault) but again, the process doesn't work--and this isn't the first time. At a previous visit I sat waiting for 30 minutes and the ride never showed so I got a fellow employee to take me. That is why you got 4 stars instead of 5. More

It has been three weeks since I was told that a part was needed in order to fix my radio. I haven’t been called by anyone to tell me that the part has arrived. My radio still doesn’t work.
