I went in for an oil change and fluid top off and was ask if I would like a complimentary car wash. I agreed to it. I declined the cabin air filter change.When I received my car back, it was not washed and t if I would like a complimentary car wash. I agreed to it. I had to get one of the advisors to put the cover back on and was told to flag down ‘one of the guys in a white shirt‘ to ask them to take my car through the wash. After a couple of minutes I left because I was not willing to wait for one of them. If they don’t want to do the complimentary service, then it should not be offered in the first place More

Had me drop my car off for a recall only for them to call me 30 min later to say come pick it up because the parts are on backorder.
