I've always had good experiences until this time. I arrived early and almost 3 hours later was still waiting. I asked for the 80,000 service and when I checked on the status, was told there were a number of items that needed to be addressed. Several of them were listed as part of the 80,000 service! Why didn't they already do it since that's what I asked for? So, after a 3 hour wait they didn't do what I asked and now wanted me to wait longer for them to do it? No. I went elsewhere and found that several of the items noted were actually not required at all. Not a happy customer. More

Again, Misinformation from service advisor He said less than 2 hours. It was 4 1/2 hrs. He said the parts for phone charger were not there. They were. He said after my last visit on September 30, ( less than 2 hours. It was 4 1/2 hrs. He said the parts for phone charger were not there. They were. He said after my last visit on September 30, (which turned out to be almost 6 hours) that the recall issue I came in for, was done. When I came back for the phone charger issue, he said the recall issue WASNT done the last time but it would get done this visit. And after waiting 4 1/2 hours, it still doesn’t charge my phone- an Apple IPhone 18. More
