Was in a desperate situation to buy a car when I came to DeLuca because of issues with existing vehicle and no time to repair due to job requirements. Was taken advantage of. Sold a car very over priced tha DeLuca because of issues with existing vehicle and no time to repair due to job requirements. Was taken advantage of. Sold a car very over priced that belonged to a hoarder before me. The interior was in deplorable condition (not obvious at time of delivery). Took delivery with wet interior and plastic on seats to remain dry. Looked fine upon delivery but one drop of rain on the peanut butter cloth interior showed the filth through the seats. Brought it back and they detailed it again still the same afterwards. Cleaned the carpets my self several times and each time the filth out of them is disgusting. Can't wait to not be upside down in this vehicle so I can trade for any other manufacturer. Used to be a huge fan of Toyota my first new vehicle ever was a 1990 pick up from Toyota, this dealership has spoiled a whole brand for me will never own another Toyota after this experience. By the way my interior looks black with brown spots and should be a peanut butter interior. Sales manager when I brought it back for the first complaint about interior and follow up detail "couldn't believe they sold this car" but didn't offer to take it back and make it right. Will have to pay for major detail before I trade it in and hope they don't look closer than I did. Probably should have been scrapped. A miracle me or my wife have not ended up sick from driving it. It's really a shame because other than that it has been a good car but really can't wait to get rid of it. More
