I bought my RAV4 at Deluca and all service were done there. People were always courteous and respectful until my recent visit. On my November 13 service, my service advisor was courteous and when service was completed he directed me to the cashier as usual and told me he would pull my car around. Every other time I had service there I went to my car and the keys were in it, This time I saw my car, I went to it and the keys were not there. I walked up to two guys talking next to the building (one was tall and overweight the other was shorter, slimmer and has a beard) and asked about my keys. The shorter guy with a beard told me the service advisor had them and asked me who my servbice advisor was. I told him I did not know his name Then he said in an exasperated vioce "you don't know who you service advisor was". I turned to go find my service advisor and this person said "you walk away from" as if I was supposed stand there. He said where is your paperwork and as I walked away I said it was in the car. I considered him being very rude. I found my service advisor and he gave me the keys, As I walked to my car I saw this same person with his head stuck in my car where my wife was. I told him I had the keys, got in my car and drove away, My wife said he was rude to her making it sound like the paperwork was a very big deal. Does Deluca want this type of person working for them when everyone else is couteous and respectful? Of course, I will not be coming back to DeLuca for service or when it comes time for me to get a new RAV4. More
