The price we agreed upon was the same as what the customer paid unfortunately there was a misunderstanding regarding two different incentive programs that are offered. In the last two decades I've been doing this it's pretty common practice where the manufacturer makes you pick either an A.P.R offer or a cash incentive not both. That is out of our control and I apoligize if there was any confusion.I would like to have worked it out with you I think this could have been handled differently. Your warrenty and maintanence can be performed anywhere there's a Toyota dealership. The vehicle's incentives should have been explained to your satisfaction so that you understood its an either or choice. Regarding the trade vehicles that have accident damage showing on a carfax do bring less than those that don't but that only makes sense you not going to pay the same for a car that has that history as one that hasn't. I don't know if that answers your questions. I would hope after our conversation that you may consider changeing your rating that you gave us. Too error is human and we try to satisfy all our customers. If I can help in anyway feel free to email me back. Since our last communication we have cancelled the extented maintenance you purchased and returned you money.

Were sorry we were unable to fulfill your expectation. Per our conversation and emails the Deluca Toyota site had the correct price on it prior to, during, and after your visit there. When it was brought to our attention that it had a typo error on a different site that vendor was notified and the changes were updating immediately. It's unfortunate that there was a typo however to err is human. The website in question asks for you to contact us for details and to provide a phone number so that we can contact you. Although we spotted the error as soon as your lead came in you provided a bad phone number so we couldn't reach you prior to arrival. We are unable to do a price that we never qouted. You had visited our site prior to coming and saw that the price wasn't what was on the other site per your conversation with the manager on duty so I don't know why you would change your insurance to a car you hadn't purchased yet. Once again I'm sorry that some other company had a typo and for your lost time. If we could make it up to you in some way that makes sense to both parties I'll do all that I can to help.
