This dealership went out of it's way to bring in a specific vehicle for me, with no money on deposit to hold it, and then call me while I was on the road on a weekend to let me know that it was in. They then beat the lowest quoted price for the vehicle and even found an error in the licensing fees quoted on the low bid that saved me an extra $150.00on the total out the door price. Negotiation of the final price and delivery was handled by Kelli. She kept me fully informed of the process and took control of insuring that what was promised was delivered. Upon acceptance of the vehicle, she went through its' features and operation and explained the maintenance and warranty parameters. Even after the sale she has has had several phone follow ups with me regarding the vehicles operation and my satisfaction with the truck.
