This was our first experience with DeLuca Toyota. We were not sure what to expect, but it turned out to be a favourable and stressless experience. We have been doing business with Deluca Toyota for many years - buying new and used vehicles, mostly new. We are very pleased with their sales department and service department. Every employee handles themselves like professionals and works with us to provide us with excellent service. I bought a 2011 Camry last year - traded my 2004 Camry in (which I loved). The 2011 was NOT the car that the 2004 was. The body style caused difficulty in seeing through the mirrors and while backing. Alot of road noise. In this case, I decided to trade my 2011 in. While having the 20,000 mile service done, I decided to check out the RAV4 and Highlander. Rhonda Dixon came to assist me. Rhonda is fairly new at Deluca. I told her that I was just looking and maybe thinking about trading my 2011 Camry. She asked what I was interested in and showed me several models of the RAV4 and did a test drive. She then suggested that I look and test drive a Highlander. Rhonda went out of her way to find a car that I would like. Three days later, my husband and I went back to see Rhonda Dixon. Since my husband did not test drive any of the cars, Rhonda again went out of her way to select a car that would be to our satisfaction. We finally agreed on the 2012 Highlander. Then came the price, trade in value, etc. Rhonda worked with Chris (do not know his last name, but was her supervisor). Chris worked with us and his supervisor and came up with a very good price. We appreciate all their work to get us into a car that we will enjoy for many years. I would also like to recognize Patricio "Paco" Lara in service department. Paco is friendly, courteous and a hard worker. Our "hats" go off to Deluca Toyota for a job well done. More

Just wanted to say what an awesome experience I had with Deluca Repair associate Patricio Lara. We had a tail light problem on a stop in Ocala en-route to Disney. Patrico was understanding and compassionate that we didn't want to spend our precious vacation time with our car problems and was extremely professional and expeditious in handling the repair to our Sienna. We are a fan of TOYOTA's owing a Rav4, Sienna and 10 year + Echo that we just can't bear to part with. Not only are cars reliable - but service is awesome too! THANKS Deluca Toyota and Patricio! We researched mid-sized trucks and decided to try out the Nissan Frontier, Chevy Silverado, whatever Honda is calling their truck, and the Tacoma PreRunner. We found that DeLuca Toyota had a nice selection of trucks that met our needs, and saved it for last (mostly because the Nissan dealership was first as we came up 200...) By the time we got there, I was already tired of salespeople and trucks in general. Then we found three trucks that were all exactly what I wanted, and met Paulie O'Day, our salesperson. What a great day it turned out to be.... he took us out for a drive on his favorite *special* roads, knowing that I'd be impressed with the stability and handling of the truck. He and his trainee, Rhonda (and I understand it was her first day) did a great job of anticipating my questions, and we spent a lot of time laughing as we headed out. By the time we got back to the dealership, we knew Toyota was going to be our choice. Paulie quickly got us started and after a bit of discussion with Chris (sorry, Chris, I forgot your last name) we arrived at a figure that made me smile. From there, Paulie got us set up, gave me a front to back course in everything I needed to know about my new truck, and sent me off happy and confident. And this is the first time I've ever hugged a salesperson. More

I have never seen a dealership work as hard as this one to get me into a car that I really wanted. I have never thought to buy a new car for various reasons but to get out from under my suv and get into a to get me into a car that I really wanted. I have never thought to buy a new car for various reasons but to get out from under my suv and get into a car and not have to worry about trade-in value for the future, was by far the best benefit I could have been given. Wendy Barker did way more work on getting me into my car than any sales person should ever have to endure. I researched the vehicle I wanted and she was dealing with a customer who knew what she wanted for a car and what she wanted in that car for future trade-in/dependability. Wendy, Sam and Enoch went above and beyond to give me that car. To them I am forever grateful. Not only will I recommend Deluca Toyota to everyone, but most important I will make sure they go see Wendy. I have bought many cars in the last few years and I have never been happy with the sales pitch type attitude and that is what usually deters me in future purchases. However, not only did I not get that from Wendy but she was very very very knowledgeable in all vehicles and finding the right vehicle. She knew what I had to work with from the beginning and when I came in she was very honest about everything. Because of this in the future I will come to Wendy at Deluca for any future purchases!!!!!!! A+++++ on her and the team's part.
