Everyone at the dealership was very courteous and friendly. Brenan had shown me the vehicle and took me for a test drive prior to the date of sale. From the time we arrived everyone we met once they knew our name was familiar with the service we were seeking for the day. Ken went over my invoice an d told me what was going to take place and approxima our name was familiar with the service we were seeking for the day. Brought my truck in for oil change, lube and to address a recall on the seat belts. When Marcy advised me that it would be about 2 hours to work the recall I told her that I was somewhat restricted on time recall on the seat belts.
