Asked several of them, they showed no interest in responding, two of them hadn't the slightest idea. One of the questions was about the possibility of installing a compass rear mirror, the other about purpose of the mode buttons in the center console. The third person directed me to sales, who promptly suggested that I trade the vehicle in for a model that had the compass rear mirror. So much for customer service. The waiting room was not as good as a Doctor's office -herd in, herd out - though I do realize that a new center is being built. Compared to Phillips Service on 441, Deluca is a distant second. More
Marci, your Service Rep was exceptional again because I was out of town several hours from Ocala for several days and nights house sitting, caring for pets and my granddaughter while my son and his wife w I was out of town several hours from Ocala for several days and nights house sitting, caring for pets and my granddaughter while my son and his wife were out of state on separate business trips. While I was taking my granddaughter to school yesterday morning, a warning light came on the dash that I have never seen before. (I bought my 2004 Camry from DeLuca in 2004 and it has over 117,000 miles on it now, and has always been serviced by Deluca and Marci and was last serviced in mid Feb, 2014 and has about 1,000 miles on it since then.) When I arrived back at my son's house, I immediately checked page 111 of the owner's manual and it stated beside the matching symbol "take to Toyota". The symbol looked like a "blow fish" to me so I called the local Toyota Dealer here at Palm Harbor who was listed at toyota.com as over six miles away in the town of Holiday on US 19. I am totally unfamiliar with this area since I have never lived here and only visited here a couple of times since they have not lived here long. I called the service department and talked to one of their reps who said she had no idea what the light could be and I said that it is pictured on page 111, so pull please pull a 2004 Camry Owner's Manual and ask a service tech. She said that she had already asked the service tech which symbol looked like a blowfish and said he had no idea and would have to see a picture of it. She said, "We do not have 2004 Camry manuals here nor access to one on the internet but if you will send me a photo of the page to my mobile phone, then I will see what she could do". I said that I didn't know how to do that. I don't even know how too text... She said it would be best for me to just bring it in. I said that I was afraid it would not be out in time to pick up my Granddaughter at school and there was no back up for pick up except me. Then I said, "I think I will call Deluca's service department in Ocala". I did and I asked for Marci and they connected me to her immediately. I explained my situation and didn't know what the light meant and I have about 4 hours of driving until I get home on Sunday, and need to know if it can wait until after I get home for service. (I live in southern Marion County and is about 27 miles to Deluca. ) When I said it looks like a blowfish, she immediately said, "Oh, that is the Engine Light. When did you last get gas?" I said, "on Monday (4 days ago)". She asked "are you having an other problem with the car and is it working alright?" I said, it is running and working just fine. She replied, "I'll hold the phone while you go out and check and see if the gas tank lid is on tight". I did and came back and said, "No, it was just sitting on top but not screwed in at all, and I just tightened it". She replied, "Good. It will take about 4 days for the dash light to go off". I, said, "Marci, You walk on water! You have no idea what relief you have brought me by solving this problem and reassuring me in the process! Thank you! You are absolutely awesome!!!" Deluca Toyota, please know that you have some incredibly experienced and very courteous folks working for you and as always, Marci is absolutely outstanding. She really brought relief to me and my Camry! I am 69 years old and I thought I was on this trip alone, but Marci definitely rescued me! THE 'VEHICLE BRAND IN THE STEP 2 OF THIS SURVEY WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO SELECT "TOYOTA". IT WOULD NOT SUBMIT WHEN I SELECTED TOYOTA AND GIVE ME THE ERROR MESSAGE THAT A BRAND MUST BE SELECTED. SO I SELECTED ANOTHER BRAND THAT I DO NOT HAVE SINCE I MENTION MY TOYOTA CAMRY IN MY REVIEW. More

I say purchase day, because it started in the morning when my husband just went into the dealership to find out some info on a Yaris and came home with a PriusC for me to test drive to Orlando and back- with the dealership approval, of course. While I was testing this car out, the people at Toyota of Ocala were working as hard as they could to get us at a monthly payment we can afford .... and they DID IT!!!! WOO HOO!!! By the close of business, that same day, we owned a toyota again. The PriusC turned out to be the best car for me because of the amount of miles I travel a week. Thanks Toyota for all your help, Doreen Vaughn More

The salesman, Jerry Brigante, was non-pushy, knowledgeable, easy to get along with, and very professional. Normally we don't purchase a vehicle the same day, but DeLuca Toyota made us such a good offer we couldn't refuse. I have taken the Toyota Venza (really like this car) back to be serviced, and they are so accomodating. It is a great place to do business. More

Dissatified customer I brought my 2013 Tacoma in for service. I asked the service writer to note that in the morning time when we back up the breaks have a squeal. The ser I brought my 2013 Tacoma in for service. I asked the service writer to note that in the morning time when we back up the breaks have a squeal. The service writer said that with the 10,000 mile service the breaks would be checked. While I was waiting I was out side and watched as the service was being performed, I witnessed that the tires were rotated but did not see the technician pull the hubs off to inspect the rear breaks. I went to the service writer and told her what I saw. She went to the service area and came back telling me that she would have it taken to the break area and have it looked at. when I was told that my vehicle was complete she said nothing was found, and that the squealing could be due to the rain we had been getting. I took the vehicle and when I got home I was looking at the paper work for service provided and noticed that they had also provided a reading for tire pressure. They even put down the pressure for the spare tire which I know that you have to lower the tire to actually add air or take the pressure reading. The tech never lowered the spare tire. So you tell me how am I to believe that the service that is suppose to be done is actually done. Joe Price. More
New Car Purchase No problem with the purchase, but at the end the salesman told me I would be getting a survey of the whole experience and that if I rated anything les No problem with the purchase, but at the end the salesman told me I would be getting a survey of the whole experience and that if I rated anything less than excellent it would be considered a failure and there would be no bonus. This is unprofessional and unethical. The customer should be able to give any rating he/she so chooses and not be "led" or "coerced" into giving a rating they did not want to give. This dealer is not the only one who does this. More
