Calvin was very professional and patient when helping me find a vehicle. I probably wasn't super easy to deal with, but he was super chill about everything. While waiting on paperwork, he showed us around the dealership and the variety of amenities it offers to waiting customers. He really tried to help me find a way to leave with the vehicle that day, but being from out of state, there was the issue with getting insured in FL so that I could complete the purchase. The finance dept was understanding and agreed to hold the vehicle for me until I could get it sorted out. Calvin kept in contact with me into the next day and even picked me up after I dropped off my rental car. He really went above and beyond in my opinion and made what was a stressful week a lot easier for me. More
