Interesting that you checked so thoroughly, as the Venza was sold in 2016, re[placed by the Prius which is so badly in need of service! More

First of all the service dept. was very nice. Always when I brought my car for service they would clean and vacuum before I picked it up. I didn’t realize they don’t do that anymor was very nice. I mentioned that to the service guy Jesus, he was so kind he did it for me on his own. I really appreciated him doing that for me. That is why I come back for service. But if that service is gone, I’ll go elsewhere. I can go anywhere and save money. I relied on that service. More
