Had a 12:30 appt for oil change , was told when I arrived that the wait would be about 2 hours !! I understand Sat is a very busy day so why overbook appointments and make people wait hours ( 2 hrs and 20 mi that the wait would be about 2 hours !! I understand Sat is a very busy day so why overbook appointments and make people wait hours ( 2 hrs and 20 minutes ! ) So not make appointments that you do not actually have , tell people upfront that it is a walk in and wait situation and let them decide . What a waste of a Sat afternoon.😡 The only bright spot was the service advisor Cynthia Lebron who I think was doing the work of 2 advisors the absolute best she could !! Also the Cafe was CLOSED on a jam packed Saturday. I couldn’t even get food during my ridiculous wait ! Why ?? More

Made an appointment for an oil change, still had to wait 2 hours. Not sure why it take a “professional” mechanic that long to do an oil change. I was thankful that the dealership could do my oil change as a walk-in. Took about an hour which I was fine with. All people that dealt with me were great. Would have given 5 stars if it hadn’t been over $10 as a walk-in. Took about an hour which I was fine with. All people that dealt with me were great.
