The service advisor was very professional so I give her 5 stars, but the service was terrible. Even with an appointment, a tire rotation took almost 2 hours. Excellent dealership. I would have given them a 5 star rating if they had checked the air in my tires and noticed the tire sensor was on when they repaired the ABS sensor. Glad I found this dealership, as a Family own business I beleive their customer service is much better than the big corporate competitors. I had to travel 1.5 hours but it was certainly worth it. Michae beleive their customer service is much better than the big corporate competitors. I had to travel 1.5 hours but it was certainly worth it. Michael Rosario was very attentive and follow through all the way. As I am not local we were able to make a lot of progress over the telephone. Best price and experience in North Central Florida.
