The vehicle repair went smoothly and was completed in a timely fashion. The “pick-up” after the repair was a nightmare. I was notified 3 times that ride was on the way and provided a pick-up time. This is my first time at Delucas Toyota to service my car but it was a Horrible customer service. When I scheduled my appointment I specifically select a service adviser for oil change. When I arrived the sw but it was a Horrible customer service. When I scheduled my appointment I specifically select a service adviser for oil change. When I arrived the switched me to a new service advisor without giving a reason. I waited 4 hours for simple oil change with appointment. The valet person poor customer service. I could feel he anger when he got out my car and removed the plastic bag from seat and walkway rudely manner. More
