I only gave a rating of 3 because I scheduled repairs 9 days ahead of service date and the dealership did not have the parts necessary to do the repair. Therefore my vehicle had to stay there an extra day. days ahead of service date and the dealership did not have the parts necessary to do the repair. There was a possibility that the dealership would have my vehicle from Thursday until the following Tuesday if part has not come in as fast as it did. I also indicated I would recommend as I’m willing to give them another chance when services are needed again. More
