I dropped off my '21 Highlander Limited, that I purchased new from DeLuca, for an Oil Change, Tire Rotation & Auto Butler. I also asked that they check the aim of the headlights as the beam is in the eyes of new from DeLuca, for an Oil Change, Tire Rotation & Auto Butler. I also asked that they check the aim of the headlights as the beam is in the eyes of other drivers driving towards and from behind. I can see the beam is too high, it's not because they're LED's. That's what I've been told each time I bring it up to them, along with the huge charge if I want them to check it. This has been an issue since the car has been brand new and I have brought this up several times during service appointments to no avail each time. Not a good look for DeLuca as my family has purchased over 15 cars in 20 years there. More
