Was told as part of the transaction by Jerry, Michael and Angelthat my vehicle would be detailed and the tank topped off then told no because I was purchasing my own vehicle. And lied and told me TFS only f Angelthat my vehicle would be detailed and the tank topped off then told no because I was purchasing my own vehicle. And lied and told me TFS only financed new and certified Toyotas so he had to use alternative financing I had a full tank before I left home so it would have less than twenty bucks. I was the first deal of the new year and it was a petty commitment that was not honored as good customer relations I’ll be seeking to finance through my own credit union and this will be my last Toyota! More
