We have had to replace the battery 3 times because it keeps failing. We have asked every time why this keeps happening and have gotten no answers.. According to the dealership there is nothing wrong, th keeps failing. We have asked every time why this keeps happening and have gotten no answers.. According to the dealership there is nothing wrong, they have run multiple tests. It seems unlikely that we have got 3 bad batteries in a row. After leaving multiple messages, they have offered to do a draw test which has been run before that comes back ok. Very frustrated ! More

Everyone was very knowledgeable and courteous. We did have a 7-10 day transit delay in receiving the vehicle. Nobody, including Plano TX had any idea where the car was in the delivery process.
