Great experience. I waited over 2 hrs, but I was very comfortable in the waiting area. I was able to finish reading a book I’ve been wanting to complete for almost 2 w I waited over 2 hrs, but I was very comfortable in the waiting area. I was able to finish reading a book I’ve been wanting to complete for almost 2 weeks so the wait was no problem. I have an older vehicle and needed a lot of work done so I expected a pretty long wait. Normally they usually get me out in about an hour if I just come in for routine maintenance. More

Came to receive extra key fob. Asked for pricing and availability of adding power running boards to my 23 Platinum and was told to see parts. Parts department told me there was no option for power steps. I told them I test drove a new platinum that had them installed and had also found the Toyota part numbers on line at another dealer. I have bought 4 tundra’s from Deluca and will never buy from them again. Service is ridiculous slow and unhelpful. I would also add that I am tired of having to spend hours negotiating vehicle price every time I buy a new truck. You would think as a repeat customer I wouldn’t have to haggle back and forth to get to a price thousands below what was offered at first inquiry. I will continue to buy Toyota vehicles but it won’t be from Deluca. More
