The 1st time I took my truck in it was raining so I didnt check it over thouroly when I picked it up but I felt things weren't done up decent standards as my washer fluid wasnt filled. This time when I took it in I marked my washer tank and air filter latches as well as took pictures for documentation. The washer tank was only filled 1" leaving the tank still 1/2 empty. My hood and fenders also had oily hand prints all over them. When you bring in a vehicle absolutely spotless you would think you'd take the extra mile and keep it that way for the customer. When you pay $699 for Toyoguard Platinum I would expect things to be done properly and professionally when you spend over $50,000 for a new truck and have no say weather or not you can buy it without Toyoguard. More

My service specialist was great, but I did have to wait over 2.5 hours for a tire rotation, and did have an appointment well ahead of time. I arrived 15 minutes early and pulled into the service area. Not a soul in sight. After a few minutes I got out of my vehicle. Still no one. I went inside and was told "someone will help you outside." area. Not a soul in sight. After a few minutes I got out of my vehicle. Still no one. I was standing outside of my car when another car pulled in and a service rep went right over to that driver and checked her in. He did look at me and said someone will be over.... Still no one. One of the inside service reps finally came out and checked me. I was challenged, however, we I said I was in for the 2nd key fob "recall" (programming). Did the dealership have the new fob. Ah, yes, that's why I'm here - I was called when it came in and this was the earliest appointment That I could make. I asked how long for the 15K tire rotation and key programming - "several hours" was the response. When I have had a key replacement programming in the past 45 minutes was all it took. Tire rotation also no more than 45 minutes. It was over 2.5 hours total. Granted, the car was washed as I accepted that offer. When checking out, I was offered my 20K oil change scheduling which I declined as I will be back north. The associate checking me out was very polite, pleasant and very clearly reviewed the checklist. I think if I had not been "abandoned" when trying to check in this review would be a 4 star.... More
