My experience in dealing with Stadium Toyota was absolutely amazing. I was looking for a pre owned vehicle with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles in mind. I was placed in the perfect car for my requirements. It looks brand new being a used car and my customer service with Tony and Rob was 5 star. Tony was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. Rob makes the best deals happen. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. Highly recommend Stadium Toyota used car department. Very professional and they made the looking for a new car very comfortable. I scheduled maintenance for an oil change, tire rotation and balance weeks in advance and received 5+ confirmations from dealer. I confirmed the services the day prior (Friday 11/24) and when I showed up at and balance weeks in advance and received 5+ confirmations from dealer. I confirmed the services the day prior (Friday 11/24) and when I showed up at 7:30am on Saturday 11/25, they put me in quick service where it took 3 hours for these services to be completed. This was over double the time it took at another Toyota dealership on a previous service. More

worst service ever. Advisor did not check me in, call with recommendations or check me out.
