I thought Big Mike was a good salesman. Friendly. Paul was a smart sales manager. Nice guy as well. Process went well….except for the amount of time we spent at the dealership. Almost 6 hou Friendly. I will say the dealerships gettel package is a scam to show a 3500.00 value when it’s just a mandatory package they make you take….so if you don’t negotiate wisely you will be upside down walking out of this dealership. I would recommend to savvy car buyers. My son loves his truck and that’s what matters to me the most. More

I always got service at Stadium Toyota. Fair, reasonable. Now, my oil change was $20 more, and when I went for the recommended brakes, I brought the estimate, showed it to the service advi Fair, reasonable. Now, my oil change was $20 more, and when I went for the recommended brakes, I brought the estimate, showed it to the service advisor, and agreed on the price + tax. But when I went to pay a mystery $28 "service fee" was suddenly added. I refused since I had shown the estimate and got a verbal agreement that it was correct and no additional fees. I'll be getting my oil changes elsewhere from now on. The people are good, service is fast and my truck isn't damaged, but it's not the same anymore. More
