I waited about an hour for an oil change and the usual safety inspection. That was fine. But after I paid at the cashier, my truck was not brought up front. I had to go back to my advisor and he took care safety inspection. That was fine. But after I paid at the cashier, my truck was not brought up front. I had to go back to my advisor and he took care of it personally. This added about 15 unnecessary minutes to my visit. The service on the truck was just fine, but someone dropped the ball getting me out of the dealership in a timely manner. More

Our experience at Gettel Stadium Toyota was exceptional. Adonis made the process so easy. He was knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and such a pleasure to work with. Paul was also phenomenal.
