Feel like advantage package I was told I had to get is an additional unnecessary $3k of stuff that either I can put for $500 myself or less or stuff I most likely won’t even need . Somebody had also mentioned something I was going to get a rebate of purchase when I was there . but I didn’t get it and later I was told it was only for 2024 vehicles so why even mention it . I made at 8 am appointment. That apparently means nothing. I was told the earliest my car would be seen was 10. However, a little after 9, I received a text to see Robert at the That apparently means nothing. I was told the earliest my car would be seen was 10. However, a little after 9, I received a text to see Robert at the sales counter. Robert said the mechanics could not find the part for my mandatory recall service. So, I will have to go back once they get the part. Besides the fiasco with the part, if you make an appointment, you expect your car will be seen at the appointed hour, especially if it's first thing in the morning and there hasn't been time for them to start running behind.
