Horrible place to purchase car. Dealer refused to sell me car at online price. Put a 4000$ fee for absolutely nothing when asked why the hidden fee was being placed “Ryan Rudolph” r Dealer refused to sell me car at online price. Put a 4000$ fee for absolutely nothing when asked why the hidden fee was being placed “Ryan Rudolph” rudely disrespected my advisors and threw a tantrum. All this was done in order to get more money and force me into using one of their banks with an 29.4 apr instead of my credit union. DO NOT TRUST THEM !!! More

I have been always satisfied with the service but this visit I did not like the way it was handled. I went to check one of my tire had a nail. First they told me that I needed to change the 4 tires then t visit I did not like the way it was handled. I went to check one of my tire had a nail. First they told me that I needed to change the 4 tires then that the nail was on the side of the tire that I needed a new tire. I told him to take a picture that I needed to see where the nail was. Then he comes back to apologize because the nail was in the middle or in a place where they put a plug. If I wouldn't asked for a picture they would have made me spend money. Thanks More

I had bought 2 cars with Xavier. The second one had many more fees associated with the car. Also bought during Christmas time. My thousand dollar Rebate has a catch. If i financed t The second one had many more fees associated with the car. Also bought during Christmas time. My thousand dollar Rebate has a catch. If i financed the car through Toyota I would get a thousand dollars off. Well they did not say anything about there was a finance fee for a loan which was about 300 dollars. Then My rebate was not a thousand dollars but around 700. You must look at all the figures very closely because these guys do this all the time and they are good at it. Beware of everything and negotiate hard with them. More
