Arrived at the dealership after my battery was dead. Had to argue with the customer service rep that my truck is bumper-to-bumper. Finally I left and in the meantime called courtesy Nissan. They told me my truck is 36,000 miles again they were wrong I was told to call Nissan consumer services. in the meantime I got a call back that I was correct and Bring the truck back. Told her I’d rather make an appointment and she said it’s better now it would only take 1.5 hours. 3 1/2 hours later I get a dirty truck. I shouldn’t have to feel like an idiot and prove that my truck is covered. A whole experience was a joke. I hate giving bad reviews. But I mean come on More
