Customer service area was extremely loud. the worker was talking with a customer so loud trying to override her disappointment and explain why he could not fix her car..r or Matt she was mad the worker was talking with a customer so loud trying to override her disappointment and explain why he could not fix her car..r or Matt she was mad about her car that I actually turned around, I raised my hand and just put it down as to lower your voice please. The customer had her back to me..and kept trying to tell service guy what was wrong..louder and louder. They should of taking the woman and the service guy out into another room and have them talk away from everybody else that was there. I actually had a trainee who was very sweet but I was just exhausted and I don't know why her manager didn't show her better how to complete my paperwork it took a while to get it put in the computer. I asked her couldn't it be done before I came in and just stood there and waited for the customer service perdon to finish. I had a service appointment a month ago and because of an emergency I had to cancel it. Apparently they didn't cancel it and I rescheduled it to this one 4 weeks Waite to get a oil change. Really.
