Was asked to come bring the rental back and pick mine up that was under warranty and drive it with a blown water pump- pretty unintelligent… told me I could drive it and just come back when my parts came in that was under warranty and drive it with a blown water pump- pretty unintelligent… told me I could drive it and just come back when my parts came in… I obviously refused and probably saved gettel a few thousand by them not having to replace my entire engine. Then Brittany tells me the parts came in all except my radio and I would need over $400 (with my warranty) to come and get my car but only 2 out of 3 problems are fixed but that’s ok with her… I can drive the car with no radio (in fact I can but shouldn’t have to with all the money I pay) so I made the comment about the quoted price and how it was almost $89 difference and she did adjust it but sure wasn’t going to until I said something. Now I have a 10+ hour drive with no stereo and that’s ok with Gettel… this is my second 300 from there and the 5th car in our household and will be the absolute last I PROMISE THAT! Called the warranty company and they flagged the dealership for having me sign for work and parts that I have in fact not received since my stereo is not working since they do not have the part… I will not be paying another deductible either when the part does come in and I wish someone would even ask me as I will be reporting directly to warranty company More

Gettel Nissan on Bee Ridge in Sarasota Florida is a very fine and friendly dealership. Everyone from the outside salespeople, greeter/ receptionist at the entry door, the service department, the parts count fine and friendly dealership. Everyone from the outside salespeople, greeter/ receptionist at the entry door, the service department, the parts counter, the salesperson, the finance people and even upper management was involved in my last purchase at Gettel Nissan. I couldn’t have asked for a more satisfying day at a dealership. A few weeks now with our new to us 2020 Nissan Rogue SL and very pleased indeed! As much impressed with our 2020 Rogue SV we purchased new at Gettel the SL version of the same year is far and away even better and really surprised at the upgrade we now have. I was paired with Jordan Langston, a newbie, and with an assist he performed very well and got his 1st sale! Gettel believes in repeat customers which i’ve found is rarely the norm. I’ve purchased over 50 vehicles in my life and can probably count on 1 hand those Special dealerships. Gettel is certainly 1 of them. They have an extensive New car inventory and a large and growing Used car selection as well. If you’ve been on Bee Ridge, chances are you’ve seen Gettel, stop in next time and see if you agree they are different. If you do, ask for Jordan if only to say hi. They listen and will really try to help you. More
