I visited this dealership with the intention of selling my car and upgrading to a newer model. When it came to discussing the value of my car I was appalled. When I asked for my keys back instead of giving them back immediately they made their offer in line with the blue book that’s linked on their site. In addition to their insulting offer, their customer service was abysmal. My calls and messages went unanswered for days. The lack of professionalism was staggering, leaving me frustrated and wondering how this dealership stays in business. A car purchase or sale is a significant transaction and should be handled with transparency and respect. Unfortunately, Gettel Nissan failed miserably on both counts. I would strongly advise anyone doing business with them to think twice and explore other reputable options in the area. More

We brought our 2018 Nissan in for AC repiar. The estimate was over $4000 and included removing the dash and replacing compressor, condenser, etc. Also threw in $2000K for control arms they sai The estimate was over $4000 and included removing the dash and replacing compressor, condenser, etc. Also threw in $2000K for control arms they said needed repair. They suggested the car wasn't worth fixing and suggested we trade it in. I took it to my mechanic who indicated it did need the compressor but none of the other repairs Nissan wanted to do, total $1700. You do the math. More
