I scheduled to come purchase a vehicle two day prior to the day I arrived. I drove 3 hours and was advised I could even show up before the dealership opened at 12pm to expedite the process since I had a lo the day I arrived. They vehicle was detailed or even available for me to look at upon arrival at 12pm. Almost one hour later is saw and drove the vehicle but it wasn’t detail for approximately another hour. There were other issues with the process too. Very sloppy and inconvenient. And, management didn’t take responsibility for anything. They consistently said this was a 3rd party’s fault. Very unprofessional. It’s your dealership and ultimately your responsibility. They did nothing to accuse or make the situation better. If anything at the end of the process they wanted to argue with me over $375. Extremely disappointed in every aspect of upper management . My sales rep- Jaz was excellent and the Internet manager was good too. The remainder of management that I interacted with was poor. More
