i took my car in for early service before a long trip. Before the car was even pulled into the garage, I was told a tire needed to be replaced and brakes were recommended and asked if I wanted to replace Before the car was even pulled into the garage, I was told a tire needed to be replaced and brakes were recommended and asked if I wanted to replace those items. I declined. I was then told after the car was inspected I needed a new battery and both air filters. My car was a lease and getting ready to be turned in. After I left, while on a long road trip, the plastic guard fell off my car and was dragging down the highway. The technician forgot to put the pins in. Also, I had the battery tested and it was fine. I took my car back after my long trip and the dealership fixed the oil guard but they have definitely lost my trust. More
