I bought a Juke from Dennis. I had researched what I was interested in on the web and decided to go and look at the Rougues and the new Jukes. I had briefly communicated via email, but made no committment. They had also been calling and leaving me messages on my unlisted home phone number which I had never given to them. When I went to look, there were 4 or 5 salesmen in the office shooting the breeze. I stood at the door for at least 3 minutes without being acknowledged. I looked at a couple of vehicles and left. I had bought my Xterra there a few years ago and thought a little dealer loyalty would be appreciated, not to mention I was going to pay cash. I will never go back there again. The issue is that Gettel has so many dealerships of various types here in Sarasota, that it is very limiting if one doesn't want to put money in their pocket. More
