I found the service department (Rob) at Gettel Nissan very responsive. I stopped in late on a Tuesday to ask if they could service a Scion since the dealership group owns a Toyota/Scion dealership in Br very responsive. I went to Gettle Nissan in Sarasota a week ago looking to get into a used car. I was shown some very nice cars by Mike Strum. I found a used '07 Sentra that I said i would take. Mike worked numbers for me for almost two hours and got me exactly to the price range I wanted. Working with him was so easy and stress free. He truely wanted me to get a great deal! They were detailing the car and I had to come back in a couple hours. When I returned to pick up my car they told me they were able to get me into a brand new '11 Sentra for the same price range!! I cried right there at the dealership. They made me feel so awesome! They were excited for me as well! I had gone to the Nissan in Venice about a week before going to Gettle Nissan in Sarasota. I had a co signer and X amount to put down. Venice Nissan pretty much told me I couldn't go through them due to my co signer not being related and made my experience very disappointing and full of false information. I will recommend Gettle Nissan and most of all Mike Strum and all the guys at Nissan! This was by far one of the best days of my life! Thanks Staff at Gettle Nissan! I love my car!! More
