The staff at Gettel Nissan is excellent, the brand is very well engineered, and the service department is top notch. Our latest vehicles, two 2018 Rogues, have even more safety features than the 2017 Murano and Rogue SUVs that we traded in on March 1. Our trade-in negotiations were stress free, and the new car staff quickly arranged to bring down the models we wanted, with the features we asked for in the new cars. JP Blair, the General Manager, is always pleasant, and well respected by his staff. Stacy Jackson, is a terrific salesman, and very knowledgeable about every feature of the Nissan cars. The service, Finance, and New Car sales departments are top notch. We are very loyal customers, and in our opinion, Gettel Nissan is a shining example of what every a car dealership should strive to be. More

Horrible Service I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by the individual I had been texting. She was very pleasant, introduced herself, and asked if I needed a b I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by the individual I had been texting. She was very pleasant, introduced herself, and asked if I needed a beverage. She then introduced me to a salesman who would be helping me. I had to reiterate everything to the salesmen I had already hold the person I was texting. Then the salesman could not get his computer to work and seemed very confused. During the process of confusion and gathering information a couple approached the salesman as he was working with me. The salesman told me I would need to wait for a while until someone else could help me so that he could help the individuals that interrupted us. I felt his leaving me to help someone else no matter the circumstance was incredibly rude. I told him my payment needed to include gap insurance and an extended warranty (he seemed clueless). I began to get very frustrated and told him I text the vin number for my trade and for him to work numbers and call me since he was busy with someone else that interrupted us. He went into the manager’s office and found someone else to help me. I again had to reiterate everything for a third time. After giving the new salesman all my information he went into the managers office and told me to wait. At this point 20minutes had passed and they had not appraised my vehicle, looked for a new vehicle, showed me anything, etc…While I was waiting I overheard a manager tell a salesman to “close the f****** deal and stop whining.” If I ever treated any of my employees the way he treated his I would be fired. I have never seen such a level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer service and common courtesy. I drove 40minutes out of my way because the person I was texting told me they could likely get the deal done. What a complete waste of my time. More

I'll never buy any service or car in this dealership More
