Gettel Nissan: Nature of Encounter Counts May 4, 2018 had driven an Armada as a rental for the day. Normally I drive a 2016 Acura MDX. Was so enthralled with the ride that after returning the May 4, 2018 had driven an Armada as a rental for the day. Normally I drive a 2016 Acura MDX. Was so enthralled with the ride that after returning the rental I drove straight to Gettel Nissan. I entered through side door but was greeted in a genuine fashion by Ahmed Ahmed. I explained why I was there ...to check out the Armada. We chatted and he listened . I have driven Acura for 10 years but felt with grandkids I needed something more substantial. I sat in three of the models but feel in love with the Platinum Reserve model. My biggest reservation was that I would be giving up the absolutely excellent service , Roger and Jeff and Tony at the Acura dealership. Ahmed reassured me that I would be pleased with my service. He did not have to sell me on the Armada as I was already sold after having driven the rental. The next day, May5, 2018 , I drove out with my new 2018 Armada. I am soooo pleased. Ahmed was fantastic and has kept his promise that he would be there in the event of questions , problem or concerns . I have since been back into the dealership with questions and Ahmed's response has been second to none. His main concern is that I am pleased with my purchase and indeed I am. I have also been deeply grateful for his manner throughout the transaction. I like his no nonsense/no BS style. When he was uncertain he admitted it and then proceeded to get the answer. Fantastic job, Ahmed. Ahmed is the salesperson to see. More
