Most Pleasant experience. Its never fun to buy a car, however, my experience with Nissan today, was pleasant, professional and often fun. Granted after visiting three other dealers, I did spent more, but the car I purchased was hands above the others I had offers on. They include, Hundai, Honda and Toyota. Your dealership was clean and welcoming. Plus its just around the corner from my home. Previously, I had to drive to Wesley Chapel for service. So kudos to Gettle Nissan. Over Charge for doing next to nothing. Took my wife's SUV in to have the A/C repaired. Turns out the SUV had been backed into and what we needed was a body shop and insurance claim. Yes the Took my wife's SUV in to have the A/C repaired. Turns out the SUV had been backed into and what we needed was a body shop and insurance claim. Yes they discovered this for us but $ 166.23 is a lot of money for their discovery when no work had been performed. Part of the charge was $ 15.39 for shop supplies. My chance of ever buying a SUV there is not very high. This review has no bearing on the employee's they are first rate. More

WHEN I ARRIVED THEY WERE WAITING ON ME. THEY PUT THE CAR UP ON A SHOP LIFT SO I COULD SEE UNDER IT. THE MAIN MECHANIC TOLD ME EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CAR. EXCEPTIONAL. ALL THE STAFF , ROBERT WAS THE SALESMAN PICKED ME UP AT THE AIRPORT, HAD A CAR FOR ME TO DRIVE AROUND TOWN, ROD WHO HANDLED THE PAPERWORK WAS EXCEPTIONAL, THE SALES MANAGER WENT OVERBOARD HELPING ME AS I HAD LEFT THE CERTIFIED FUNDS CHECK AT HOME BUT HE MADE IT WORK SO I COULD TAKE THE CAR HOME.
