Bought a 2020 Rogue while getting an oil change on 1 year old Rogue Sport. Ryan Martin was the sales guy and Rod was the finance guy. Was a very pressured situation. I was promised and have in writing via te old Rogue Sport. Ryan Martin was the sales guy and Rod was the finance guy. Was a very pressured situation. I was promised and have in writing via texts from Ryan that I got a 4 percent loan rate but it turned out to be 4.85%. Rod said he was throwing in an extended warranty but really rolled the $1,438.00 cost into my loan. He also charged me for a MVWTS Battery. My monthly payment was higher than verbalized as well. Gettel has a desk that has a computer screen built into the top. Rod has the digital document in the desk facing him. Each page he explains what I am signing and says "this is what we talked about" and flips the digital page toward me and says "sign here". After numerous times doing this I am on my way. The thing is folks I listened to Rod and Ryan Martin without doubting what we discussed is all there. Rolling in the car I had and trumped up extra products they added on and a bad KBB on trade I was sitting at over $33 K for a $20k something vehicle. On top of that price I put $1,000. down and they kept my gap money of over $700 on my last car. So it was over $1700 down ON TOP OF a note of $33K FOR A ROGUE. I have paid $500 per month for 12 months which is $6k and am at $28K owed. I have so much negative equity in this car that I can't even off it onto a lease of a different car. The GM was supposed to call me and didn't (it's a year later) . I emailed Nissan USA and they have not replied. I promise you that if you go to this place that they will smile and cause you financial hardship down the line. The sales guy texted me and asked me to give him a good survey review for his other bonus and asked me to consider he has a family to support. Imagine the nerve? Hey Ryan, I do too! Anyway, go to any other place but here. Drive to Bradenton or Tampa if you must. If you don't then don't say you have not been warned. Just as a post script note, there is a big guy salesman there named Pete. You can call him sneaky Pete....stay away! I wish people would read this. I just seen a review on dealer rater where a female customer was taken advantage of by Rod just this month (3/21). Why are people financing through him??? I actually emailed him recently and he said "I have no idea what you are talking about". Ask any law enforcement...that is ALWAYS the answer of a person with something to hide. More
It was explained to me that their policy would not allow credit card payments over the phone? Hello, it is 2021 and 95% of my payments are by credit card on line or over the phone. But not here! A pain in the xxx for someone living out of state trying to help a family member. That should have been my first red flag. Estimate to fix the car changed 3 times - 2nd red flag. Finally, was told the $160 charge to look at car and provide quote would be applied to bill if we choose to complete the work, it was NOT applied. Instead it was explained to me like this in an email and I quote, “ The 160.00 gets tied into and goes towards the overall total. It's considered 'labor' That hour the technician took to diagnose the problems with the car goes towards the overall service contract.” So basically, the $160 is not deducted but added to. Very misleading! Overall the actual repair to the vehicle was good. But the customer service, communication, and cost get a big thumbs down! Over priced work, misleading customer communication and shady calculations gets a 2 star rating. More
Dont go here go to another nissan dealership especially if you are a woman. Or get your own financing BEFORE you go. Sales guy was great. Finance was my issue took advantage of my situation. Screwed me up on rate and discounts that sales manager supposedly gave me from mrsp. And I have excellent credit. Do beware if your credit sucks. Also be careful on the three day return policy. I thought mine started at the time I signed the contract turns out it cut short 14 hours prior to 72 hr time mark. This was my 2nd purchase here and I will never buy another car from here. I love my car though, nothing wrong with the car itself. Nissan makes good cars. More

If I could put zero stars I would. Gettel is full of lying, cheating, no-good salesman. From top to bottom, they do not provide customer loyalty, and they conveniently find issues just after a warranty lying, cheating, no-good salesman.
