Purchased a new nissan rogue from gettel nissan in Sarasota Florida. We are snowbirds from NY and wanted to register this suv in ny. They supposedly did all of the paperwork at the dealership. It's now neen 2 months and we still dont have our registration. We are on our 3rd temporary Florida tag. I contacted NYS DMV and they said there is nothing on this paperwork at their office. I contacted the dealership and talked to a very sarcastic mgr who said I needed to relax. I tried to tell him what our DMV office said and he didn't want to hear it. I've left 4 messages with the finance guy we worked with whos name is Tyler Lueck without being called back. I've left message with a mgr from the corporate without a call back. If I don't hear soon I will be contacting Mr Gettel himself. More
