Went in yesterday to purchase a 2024 Nissan pathfinder platinum. Had a great deal worked out over the phone seeing I am over a hour away. When the general sales manger worked out the payments we were lite platinum. Had a great deal worked out over the phone seeing I am over a hour away. When the general sales manger worked out the payments we were literally 2 dollars away from making a deal. I got up to leave and had other members of the management team making fun of my wife and I over two dollars. It was very embarrassing. Will never buy from them and would home people stay away from this dealer. More

I hate that I have to edit this review for a second time. I bought this car back at the end of november and it was purchased with a chip in the windshield and a non working back up camera. I was told it woul I bought this car back at the end of november and it was purchased with a chip in the windshield and a non working back up camera. I was told it would be taken care of which was not the case. I posted a first review and the manager of gettel called me almost instantly to help resolve this as long as I edited my review which i was happy to do so. Mind you this took almost two months just to get it started. I went in had the car checked and was told i would be "called" to get the chip fixed because i had to pick my car up to go to work "after it being there for hours and was told by their maintenance team that "nothing" was wrong with my camera even though it would not even turn on. I changed my review with the promises i was given but now its months later nobody has reached out to me my windshield is still chipped and my back up camera still doesnt work even though supposedly nothing was wrong with it. Ive called multiple times and just get put on hold and forgotten about. I dont think I'll be going back here for any future purchases which is unfortunate because its the dealer closest to my home. More
