I first did business with Gettel in 2020. I had a good experience then and my sales person Ken reached out to me multiple times over last 2 years. Unfortunately my first Corsair had a manufac I had a good experience then and my sales person Ken reached out to me multiple times over last 2 years. Unfortunately my first Corsair had a manufacturing defect with moonroof that the service department couldn’t fix. Even though I didn’t want to I had to trade the car in because it was so noisy. This ended up costing me and I don’t feel like I got any compensation for the defect. Outside of that I had another good experience with Ken yesterday. I wish they would have had a better selection of vehicles on lot. I feel like I had to settle with one that I wouldn’t have chosen. I spent about 6 hours at dealership which was way too long. Apparently they sold several cars and there was a line to get into office to sign paperwork. I had to cancel an evening appointment that I had because of delay. It seems like there should have been more than one person to get each customer to completion. More
