Nice atmosphere; clean and comfortable. Salesman and Manager are willing to work to earn business. I was a Banquet Manager for many years, and declined to use those common sales tactics. The focus on the “bottom line” was especially annoying. It would have been refreshing to experience a different approach. I was home before I realized I did not have a second key; Kyle informed me that the vehicle did not have one. That is not acceptable; now I will have to go through the trouble ( and expense) of purchasing one, and having it programmed at a dealership in Pittsburgh. Kyle also explained why I did not receive printed documents. There must be a remedy to that requirement. I totally disagree with the lack of physical documentation. The “bottom line” pricing of the vehicle was not explained to me, again, just the focus on what I was willing to pay. The price was different from the listed price on your website, and I did not catch it at the time, with the hectic pace of clearing out my car, and signing multiple documents.(I was not prepared to purchase;we were shopping potential vehicles.) Because the starting price, was not detailed on the sales doc, and Kyle’s mailbox was full, I had to go back to the website and analyze all of your fees and incentives to figure it out myself. I found that unnecessary and initially upsetting. On a side note: Your “voucher” offering on the website was not functioning. After entering your information, it indicates that it cannot process it. That introduces a negative impression. I overheard your sales manager and my husband joking about something, and the comment “ I promise you’ll have a full tank of gas“. On our drive home my husband noted that the tank was half full. I brought that up to Kyle the next day, and he indicated that used vehicles are fueled with 1/2 tank. I’m sorry, but that reflects very poorly on your company. Overall your dealership made a better impression than others we visited. And it has the potential to be exceptional. I hope my “new” vehicle fulfills our expectations. More
