I got to your dealership a little late on Sunday about 4:00 My salesman John Roy was excellent. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Manny is the best; he has excellent follow-up skills, he is tentative but not too pushy and does what he says. We bought a vehicle remotely from Manny with only photos & videos. When we arrived to pick up the Navigator it was just as Manny said. We could not be happier with our purchase. I also want to comment on the Gettel purchase paperwork process. Gettel uses state-of-the-art technology that makes the signing process easy and efficient. This was by far the simplest "necessary paperwork" process that we have ever encountered. I’m only sorry that we live over 1,100 miles away, Gettle Lincoln offers the service and quality that I look for when servicing my vehicles. Thanks again Manny and the Gettel team More
Steve in service & Jexson in sales are really a pleasure to work with. My issue was - I had the battery light come on & the engine light, so I went to the dealer, I did not have an appointment, but was hop to work with. My issue was - I had the battery light come on & the engine light, so I went to the dealer, I did not have an appointment, but was hoping they could see if I just needed a battery or something more. This was about 3 weeks ago & at that time, Steve told me he had a huge backup and it would be about 3 weeks before I could get service. That was obviously unacceptable - I ended up calling AAA - they came out, installed a new battery the same day. Since then - my engine light is STILL on. I stopped one time and there again was a long wait. I have been ill so have not gone back since Easter. I will call in the next couple of days to get it looked at. So, the wait time is really unacceptably and I would like my maintenance & service to be at Gettel, seems the demand is obviously out distancing the availability. Maybe year round residents could somehow, get some priority! Berneice More
