Your car in a week before to get all the parts for the recall then when I dropped it off, they told me it would be a half-day job so I had my husband pick me up the dealership never called me up to tell m recall then when I dropped it off, they told me it would be a half-day job so I had my husband pick me up the dealership never called me up to tell me that my car is going to be staying overnight nor did they give me an update on what was going on I had to do the calling finally on Saturday. I brought my car in because of a ceiling leak due to hurricane Ian. Because I would wait for my car they advised me to bring the car in at 8 am, which I did. After about 1.5 hours I was advised they w hurricane Ian. Because I would wait for my car they advised me to bring the car in at 8 am, which I did. After about 1.5 hours I was advised they would have to drop the ceiling liner to find the problem and offered me a loaner car at their expense. By mid afternoon I was told a tiny piece of shingle was found that caused the leak. Picked up the car that day More
