I had been shopping for a new vehicle with a variety of dealers throughout the country. Fortunately, I met Kyle Khune. Kyle was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He carefully listened to my needs, negotiated a great deal, and offered me a good trade-in...all via the phone! Prior to driving from Clearwater to Punta Gorda, I asked Kyle if he would prepare all the paperwork required to ensure the deal would be smooth, effortless, and efficient. When I arrived, Kyle certainly delivered. He had everything ready! He coordinated the sale with other team members, demonstrated the vehicle's features, set up my technology features, and had me driving off the lot within a couple of hours. The dealership also lived up to Lincoln's luxury standards. Everyone was friendly and professional. I am grateful that I met Kyle. He is very personable, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. I was impressed with the amount of dealerships owned by the Gettels and the reviews. However, when I needed to replace my MKC I found a 2020 Cosair on their Lincoln lot that had approximately 15,896 miles the Gettels and the reviews. However, when I needed to replace my MKC I found a 2020 Cosair on their Lincoln lot that had approximately 15,896 miles on it. I took it for a test drive and bought the SUV. That day I noticed upon the drive home that the right passenger mirror rotated beyond the point it is suppose to stop so I found myself having to stop the car, get out and manually turn the mirror back to a position I could see. I called the salesman. The next morning I opened the back hatch and it made a crumbling noise and wouldn't open. When after several attemtps with the button it did open.......you could see the spring and a broken casing on the right side of the rear hatch. I called the salesman. I called the salesman and drove back to the dealership to show him. We made an appointment for the service department (the guy making the appointment questioned if I'd bought the warranty???????) for the following week. I took the vehicle there at 830 am and by 330pm I called and no one had even looked at the car, apparently they are having employee problems in the shop. I could not leave the car there as I needed transportation and the car they lent me couldn't be kept over night!?!?!? I spoke to the manager Alex and expressed my frustration that they would even put this car on the lot without making sure it was in a condition to sell. He agreed and promised to call me when they could look at the vehicle to then decide when they can service the vehicle and provide me with a rental car. That was a week ago!!! I am VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! PS......I can't get the hatch to stop closing in a low position either. Salesman aware!!! I'm considering hiring someone to help with these issues. More

Why charge me for a tag and administrative fees associated with said tag if he knew the dealership could not provide the service of transferring a “disabled” tag from my old vehicle to the new one ? He also stated that even though he knew the dealership could not do the transaction, he still charged me for it. I understand the charge for the title but the transfer of tags had to be done by me at the dmv, so why pay the dealership. When I questioned the transaction, he stated there was nothing he could do about it. To me, paying the dealership for something they could not do and not willing to refund me, is equal to fraud. More
