Disappointed in customer service skills of your service department. Very slow and unhelpful if your assigned service person is unavailable. I took my car in for a factory recall issue upon receiving a notice from KIA. This issue was mentioned to Gettel KIA when I scheduled my service appointment. I also had Gettel do an oil change and 1 receiving a notice from KIA. This issue was mentioned to Gettel KIA when I scheduled my service appointment. I also had Gettel do an oil change and 12 point inspection service while I was there. When the car was returned to me the interior was filthy with greasy smudge marks all over the door panel and center console left by the service tech. I was also advised that I would need to return to have the recall item serviced because the recall parts were not in stock and needed to be ordered. xxx ! - that's what Gettel was scheduled to fix in the first place. Seems like they should have had the parts there to provide the recall service before I arrived. More
