My car requires services that were denied by service rep. My receipt stated that I denied services for parts on my vehicle that were checked off as red on my list of requirements. I inquired after reading my receipt and was denied service for those parts. I waited a month to get my oil change and for them to deny me simple services to my car is unexceptable.
