Russell is great. He is professional and courteous. He is the main reason I use Gettel. My problem was my part wasn't in and I waited 3 or 4 weeks for the appointment He is professional and courteous. He is the main reason I use Gettel. Nice employees (Jeff mainly) who went above and beyond our expectations. Brought our Kia for a recall fix & they did that plus another we hadn’t received notice for yet.
